Sri Lankan chicken rolls (often called SHORT EATS) are crispy, breadcrumb-coated rolls filled with a richly spiced chicken and potato mixture. They are very different from Chinese spring rolls—they're heartier, creamier inside, and packed with warming Sri Lankan spices.
